All our products can be delivered to anywhere in the EU where CBD products are legal.

 

 

What transport options do you offer?

We currently offer transport of your package by the Czech Post or the UPS service.

Cash on delivery, card payment, or payment by bank transfer.

 

 

Are online payments secure?

Online payments are completely secure on our website and all information is encrypted. All payments are provided by ThePay Payment Gateway. Service provider, ThePay.cz, s.r.o. is a licensed Payment Institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank.

 

 

For which banks is it possible to pay by instant transfer online?

We use the secure payment gateway ThePay, which enables the redirection of immediate payments to most banks in the Czech Republic: Komerční Banka, Česká Spořitelna, Raiffeisenbank, mBank, MONETA, Fio Banka, ČSOB, ERA, and Equa bank. For all other banks, we allow payment by regular transfer.

 

 

In what currency can I pay for my order?

On the Czech version of the e-shop, payment is made in Czech crowns, on the English domain in euros.

How is Moia elixirs® cosmetics made?

We manufacture all our products in our accredited laboratory in the Czech Republic from the reservation of quality and proven raw materials.

 

 

Is your cosmetics also suitable for vegans?

Yes, our products do not contain collagen or any other substances of animal origin.

 

 

The contents of the package are corrupted.

We are very sorry that your order did not arrive properly. If the contents of the package are damaged, please take a photo of the products and the original packaging and send it to customer service sales@moiaelixirs.com and we will help you solve the problem as soon as possible. You can return the order or part of it within 14 days without giving a reason to our address CANNAX Laboratories s.r.o., Rybna 716/24, 110 00 Prague, Czech Republic. Insert the return form into the package.

The original packaging of the product must not be damaged, soiled or show signs of use. The money will be returned non-cash to your account within 14 days.
